Save Our Saguaros: Catalina State Park Buffel Slayers

Description: We will work to dig buffelgrass in patches along the 50 Year Trail with beautiful views of saguaros and Pusch Ridge. Mention Buffelgrass and get into the park for free!
Meeting Location: Meet at the Equestrian Center and Trailhead for the 50 Year Trail
Buffelgrass pull location: 11570 N Oracle, ORO VALLEY, AZ 85737
Volunteers: 11 registered out of a total capacity of 35
Tools Provided: pick-mattocks, work gloves
Bring: 2 liters of water, snack, sunscreen
Wear: Weather appropriate work clothes, sturdy boots/shoes
Additional Information: Park in area reserved for vehicles without trailers to the left of the corrals. Late comers cannot be accommodated with tools or finding dig location. Please sign up so that we know the number of tools to bring.
